What is open air sound? Brigade gives us an excellent answer to this question: Heaving waves of bass frequency, as deep as a tropical ocean under the silver light of a full moon night. Rhythmic arrangements with a breezy touch of Dub that remain in the background, and that don’t need any big bangs to be extremely catchy. Shimmering layers of intricate melodies which paint the picture a dreamlike summer soundscape. The complementary remixes by Mollono.Bass work on a different level, but have the very same direction: Straight towards the escalating center of a dance floor under the open sky.
